A few weeks back, I was invited by CMJ Media to Molly B jewellery launch at The Soho Hotel during jewelery week. TheChildren’s jewellery brand Molly Brown London has launched its first women’s jewellery collection called Molly B Couture. The new women’s brand is described as a “classic jewellery collection of unparalleled simplicity and loveliness” and will be officially launched in June 2012 as part of London Jewellery Week’s schedule of events. I was lucky enough to seat down with molly and ask her some questions:
What made you start the brand?
There was a bit of gap in the market when I started. I wanted to create a brand that was affordable, luxury a bit classic and very feminine. For me, a lot of the brands are fashion driven, very charm driven and I didn't want to do that.
The pieces are classic, is that what you wanted?
I wanted to create a real journey for someone, to create a simplicity classic pieces to be perhaps someones everyday signature.

Prices for the collections start from £65 for a pair of enamelled heart shape earrings, and peak at £1,395 for a diamond-set pendant.
