Cospicua, Senglea, Vittoriosa, Waterfront and White party: Day 3/4

Cospicua, Senglea, Vittoriosa, Waterfront and White party:  Day 3/4

Our day and a half was less jammed packed and more eventful.  If you go to Malta without finding out anything about its history you cannot understand what makes this island really special.

Apart from the fantastic imagery, Malta is a small island in the middle of the Mediterranean that awaits you to discover it. I never knew much about Malta and the last 2 days I've been blown away thinking 'was i living under a rock'. Malta is a unique, independent country of its own with such beauty, history, life that its a shame most people don't know much about it. Fashionistas and Fashionmisters I hope I'm educating you all and hope you discover Malta in your own terms and fall in love with the city as I did. I was  taken on a journey to discover the very first settlers to the island, the great seafaring Phoenicians, the Roman occupation, the Knights of St John, the horrors of the Great Seige, the destruction during the Second World War.

One of the regions, I also loved were the villages of Sliema, St. Julian’s and Paceville where the cool kids go to have a great time. Catering to a younger, more hip, yet wealthy crowd this region is known for tasty restaurants, high-rise resort style hotels, and European shopping. A perfect home base for wealthier travellers to Malta, the region of Sliema, St. Julian’s and Paceville is guaranteed to make every visitor feel they have had an incredible Mediterranean experience.

Malta was a great experience and truly opens your eyes on the possibilities in CULTURE.

The gorgeous Stefanie and Team EU

Andrea, me and Niran

After our cruise around the harbour we returned to Birgu waterfront and headed to an outdoor lunch at Do Berto Vittoriosa Waterfront which was so stunning. Facing the yachts, boats, blue sea.

After lunch we had a late afternoon leisure to walk around and relax before returning to the hotel and getting ready for the closing white party to Westin followed by prize giving from the previous day cooking competition.

                                                                                                            ... Continuation (Day 4 Final)

Our final day was truly a sad day for me and everyone. I bonded so much with everyone from Nicolas, Stefanie, Victoria, Nicollette, Beth - everyone basically. Having said goodbye to some other bloggers the night before who had left. The final day was less intense with a few sightseeing but my favourite was saved to last.

The 5D Experience of Malta was a probably one of my highlights. The show really gives you a great overview about the history of Malta. A 45 minutes visually stimulating documentary which shows you all the important things you have to know to understand a bit of this island. Its a birds eyed view of the island, the places we visited, eat but it all came ALIVE.

You should amd repeat SHOULD not miss this experince when going to Malta.
